Acknowledgments

First of all, I would love to thank my bestie, Anissa, for the looooong conversations on Dyian food (which will be mentioned more in Kraken's Escape) and the brainstorming sessions on the abilities of people, changes to the storyline so it's more logical, and your never-ending support despite the fact that my writing was a little sloppy sometimes. Also, a shout-out to Clarice, my friend, who provided much needed distractions from my sometimes-hard-to-write story (mostly unwittingly) and last of all, thank you daddy and mummy, for giving me little bits of advice through this year, I'm sure I'll need more through the next. And to my awesome EL teacher, who first told me my compositions were great and gave me the boost to continue writing.
